  If you encounter errors when installing my or any other repacks (especially Xdelta or with Unarc.dll), try the following:
  
  • For those who do not see anything after selecting the installer language, go to Control Panel → Internet Options (browser) → Security → Other → Launch programs and unsafe files → Enable. [Instructions with a picture]
  
  • Rehash the torrent! - for example, in uTorrent you need to select a game, press stop, right-click and select "Force re-check".
  • Make sure that your Windows user name does not contain Russian or other non-Latin letters - only Latin letters and numbers are allowed

  1. The most common reason with code 12 (the others are not informative enough to provide a specific solution in each case) is that the release was downloaded with an error. You should rehash the distribution so that the torrent client excludes errors and redownloads damaged archives.
  2. Download and install at least a couple of archivers on the system. For example, 7-Zip, WinRAR, WinZip.
  3. Make sure that the swap file in Windows is enabled and is large enough (more than 10+ GB). Sometimes this is important, because when unpacking, data goes to memory and if it is not enough, this can cause an error.
  4. During the installation, disable all unnecessary programs - browsers, torrents, media players - everything you can reach.
  5. It is also worth checking if there is enough space on drive C (the system drive) and the target drive (where you are installing the game).
  6. It is also possible that your antivirus/Windows Defender may block the installation of the game. This should also be checked by pre-registering exceptions for the repack folders and the game being installed.

FAQ on problems with installing/running repacks
Why does the 0xc000007b error appear in Windows 7 and Windows 8, etc.?
The 0xc000007 error code when starting programs indicates that there is a problem with the system files of your operating system. This error code means INVALID_IMAGE_FORMAT. The most common cause of the 0xc000007b error when starting an application is problems with NVidia drivers, although other video cards are also susceptible to this.
Update video card drivers, update DirectX, update Microsoft Visual C++

My game does not start / nothing happens / steam starts / complains about the absence of steam_api.dll, uplay_r1_loader.dll, etc.
Disable the antivirus, reinstall the game and add the game folder to the antivirus exceptions. Even if there is no antivirus, Windows Defender could easily do this.

Error: the msvc***.dll file is missing.
Install Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable.

Oh my god, there's a VIRUS in the repack!!!! What should I do!?
There are no viruses in the repacks! This is a normal reaction of the antivirus to some tablets. Just disable the antivirus during installation and add the game folder to the exceptions.

The program cannot be launched because
d3dx*_**.dll/D3DCompiler_**.dll/X3DAudio*_*.dll/xactengine*_*.dll/XAPOFX*_*.dll/XAudio*_*.dll/xinput*_*.dll is missing from your computer.
Install DirectX.

ISDone.dll / Unarc.dll error with digital code 1-12
1. The most common reason with code 12 (the others are not informative enough for the solution to be specific in each case) is that the release was downloaded with an error. The distribution should be rehashed so that the torrent client excludes errors and redownloads damaged archives.
2. Download and install at least a couple of archivers on the system. For example, 7-Zip, WinRAR, WinZip.
3. Make sure that the swap file in Windows is enabled and is large enough (more than 10+ GB). Sometimes this is important, because when unpacking, data goes to memory and if it is not enough, this can cause an error.
4. During installation, disable all unnecessary programs - browsers, torrents, media players - everything you can reach.
5. It is also worth checking if there is enough space on drive C (the system drive) and the target drive (where you are installing the game).
6. It is also possible that your antivirus / Windows Defender can block the installation of the game. This also needs to be checked, having registered exceptions for the repack folders and the game being installed in advance.
7. The presence of Cyrillic and special characters in the paths to the repack archives and the game being installed is unacceptable.
8. Make sure your computer does not have overclocked components. If necessary, restore factory settings.
9. A rare case that requires additional costs - problems with hardware (RAM, hard drive and other components). Check it yourself with test programs, if you have the skills, or consult with a specialist from the service.
10. Install (update) Microsoft Visual C++, NET.FrameWork to the latest versions

The requirements say that the game is only for x64 systems, will it run on an x32 system?
No.

The sound disappears / comes with a delay or ahead of schedule.
Reinstall the drivers for the sound card. Lower the graphics settings in the game.

Does the game work on Win XP / 7 / 8?
Read the system requirements, and if in doubt, download the distribution and check it yourself. All distributions are tested before posting (at least for launch, usually on Win 7 x64), the rest depends on your system.

The game does not start / slows down / crashes / there are artifacts.
Install the latest drivers for your video card, DirectX, Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable, Microsoft .NET Framework.

The game does not play videos.
Try installing/uninstalling K-Lite Codec Pack.

The game has hieroglyphs instead of keys.
Change the default keyboard layout (see example below) to English.

When starting the game, an error appears "The game requires a compatible video card with DirectX 11" or a similar one in English.
Make sure that your card supports DirectX11 (this has nothing to do with the version of DirectX installed on your system, you need to find out about this from the characteristics of the video card). If the card does support DirectX11, then install DirectX and the latest drivers for the video card.

My card supports DirectX11, I installed DirectX and the latest drivers, but when I start it, the error "The game requires a compatible video card with DirectX 11" still appears.
This problem usually occurs on laptops when the system tries to run the game on the integrated card instead of the discrete one. Open the "NVidia Control Panel" (located in the Windows Control Panel) and select "High-performance processor":
