Carmageddon is reborn—a new era of survival racing begins. By 2050, the familiar world has become a post-apocalyptic wasteland.
Humanity is terrorized by hordes of terrifying creatures—the Void. At night, they fill the streets, and anyone who wants to survive is forced to take refuge in high-rise buildings.
There is only one way to escape this nightmare—Carmageddon.
Participants in this deadly race compete for strength, prestige, and valuable prizes. But most importantly, the winner will earn the right to embark on a perilous journey to the last spaceport beyond the mountains. This is the only chance to escape this dying world.
Along with countless other racers, you're taking part in Carmageddon. Your only possessions are a rusty trough, some found fuel, and homemade weapons. In your fight for survival, you'll face off against rival gangs, including Autoscum, and other rogues. Every destructive race is an opportunity to earn parts and upgrades, another step toward your long-awaited escape.
As night falls, the devastated take to the streets, and so do you.
We've reimagined and refined the original concept of Carmageddon's frantic races. We've combined past experiences with modern developments to create intuitive, fast-paced, and accessible survival racing.
- 15 upgradable vehicles with front-, rear-, and all-wheel drive. Each has its own weight and suspension.
- Metal car slaughter . Crush, smash, and side-slam your opponents' vehicles.
- 13 types of weapons: from shotguns to railguns. And all are fully upgradeable!
- Over 80 perks. Create daring combinations to outshine everyone in the destructive race .
- The weather changes, as does day and night. Rain makes the asphalt slippery, and fog makes ambushes possible.
- Elite and boss events. Huge battle trucks, corrupt law enforcement officers, and countless hordes of zombies await you .
- Various visible damage. The windshield, hood, doors, bumper, and trunk lid will bend, dent, and fall off.
Winning events and eliminating opponents earns you credits. Rewards are also awarded for maneuvers like killing devastated vehicles, drifting, jumping, and drifting.
Plan your route to reach shops. In these safe zones, you can repair your car, change weapons, or use one of over 80 available perks.
Adapt to the gradual increase in difficulty, win elite events, and defeat bosses.
Branching roads, various tasks, and constantly changing time of day and weather conditions make the races extremely varied.
But if your vehicle crashes, Carmageddon doesn't end. Another driver will take the vacant spot, and the challenge will begin anew, as is typical in roguelite games. Carmageddon features all sorts of marauders, outcasts, and scoundrels. Some like to be ahead. Others will chase you and try to push you off the road. Some are waiting for the chance to shoot your car with guns. There will also be seasoned and well-prepared opponents. You might even run into some old acquaintances among the participants.
The guardians of order—corrupt cops—have imposed strict rules for those unaffected by the mutation. They will force you off the road, then take your car's parts and ammunition if you don't resist.
Each district of the city is controlled by incredibly formidable opponents—bosses. They drive the biggest, fastest, coolest, and most heavily armed vehicles. According to the rules of Carmageddon, you must defeat a boss to advance to the next stage.
Each race is a rigorous test of skill. To complete it, you must master driving skills and learn to use both close-range and long-range attacks against a variety of unpredictable enemies. To do this, you must upgrade your car, understand how to combine upgrades and weapons, and always give it your all behind the wheel.
After World War III and a series of devastating natural disasters, Earth fell into disrepair. To solve the food shortage, the dietary supplement MiVis was created, which soon became an integral part of human life.
However, prolonged use of MiVis led to a horrific cellular mutation, turning people into emptiers—monstrous husks, crippled by the supplement's side effects.
Now, whenever the sun disappears below the horizon, a horde of unfeeling, malevolent creatures begins to terrorize the survivors.
One Hollow is nothing compared to your chariot of wrath. But if there are more of them, things get serious. Crash into hordes of human husks on the highway, cutting through waves of Hollows like Moses on wheels! Just don't get stuck when the tide comes in: if there are too many Hollows, they will surround you and tear your car apart with their bare hands. Or rather, with what's left of them.
There are also special Hollows... Nightmarish, transformed creatures that barely resemble humans.
They explode, shoot from a distance, and lunge at cars. And that's not all the unpleasant surprises!
These zombies come out late at night and pose a serious threat.
And then there's the ugliest creature. Almost no one has seen this monster, but everyone whispers about it. It guards the only mountain pass leading to salvation. This is your final test.
